team performance = well at work
Allogility improves team output by optimizing individual input.
Performance is deeply rooted in interaction. From epistemic framing to communication… the ways we communicate determines what we create. Through attention, activity, and learning we can align and optimize the group dynamic.Wellness at work must go above and beyond meditation and yoga classes
(although I love those). If team members are burning out or tapping out – there is another way to approach being well at work. Allogility improves our awareness and ability to choose and maintain healthy productivity.
holistic research = mixed methods
Research that accounts for lived experience is inherently more
inclusive, equitable, and holistic. We train teams in qualitative research methods that adds depth and rigor through the lens of the nervous system. See my CV for examples.
The work starts with an initial intake, including a zoom session and questionnaire. We decide together what programming fits the best. Bespoke programing might include: analyses, surveys and focus groups, one-on-one sessions, group facilitation, workshops, or retreats.

Sliding Scale Offerings
I charge on a sliding scale because companies with a purpose come in all sizes. The central rate that is compensatory to my experience and the market value. Non-profits and small startups have the opportunity to pay at the lower end of the scale. This is possible because there are larger companies that pay higher than market value because they believe in the mission to make the work accessible to more groups.
Services do not change based on sliding scale payment option. It is important to note that the sliding scale is meant to reflect what can be given and not how “well I am doing”.
