We’ll be offering a series of workshops as a part of our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training!

This is a training and intensive workshop designed for students of all ages, abilities, and stages.  The focus of this training is on diverse and intentional aerial yoga and conditioning.  This is a reflective exploration of postures, sequences, and exercises that deepen traditional yoga practice and offer a fun way to strengthen, stretch and stabilize.


  • Stability and Strength: Pelvic Floor and Core Conditioning – January 4, 12:30 – 3:00 pm
  • Intro to Aerial Conditioning and Yoga – January 5th, 12 – 2:30 pm
  • Inversions – February 21st, 12:30 – 3:00 pm
  • Functional Flexibility – February 22nd, 12 – 2:30 pm
