Start the day right, with fun, freedom, and flight. Rise and Fly is an early morning full body challenge with a little bit of fun. Each session includes circuit training and group conditioning using aerial apparatuses. Exercises range from core & cardiovascular conditioning, to targeted strength and flexibility training. Coaching is led in a group setting but is customized for the individual. Open to all levels, including first time flyers and seasoned aerialists, this class is a time to strengthen the body, mind and spirit through a little bit of sweat, laughter and flight.
