Tegan has a dynamic variety of movement experience extending 10 years of instruction and judging.   With an extensive background in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics and yoga Tegan has held certifications in each of these factions.  After growing up through dance she began her career as a coach, choreographer and instructor while  studying Health and Human Performance with an emphasis on Dance at Iowa State University.  There she was a UCA Instructor, ISU Cheerleader and dance company performer receiving awards and accolades in both her creative work, scholastic endeavors and instruction.  She continued her career;  judging and instructing globally and directing all star movement curriculum.  Tegan has coached and choreographed from Rec and High School to All Star and College teams and is the author of “All Star Cheer”.  She has judged at the national level for a variety of event producers.  In both judging and choreography her travels include: South Africa, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Mexico and Quebec.  Now residing in Memphis, TN as the Director of Dance for USASF, Tegan continues her movement leadership through yoga (YTA Certified 200 hours) and Aerial Dance.
